Delivery

Costanté jewelry is handmade to order. Please allow a 1-3 week window for your delivery. If your order is a gift and needs to be delivered by a certain time, please let Connie know ahead of time at connie@costante.co and we will do our best to accommodate.

If your package is lost or stolen, we will do what we can to assist you. However, we cannot be responsible for packages once in transit.

Returns

Although we do carry a few in stock pieces, most of our pieces are handmade to order. Please kindly keep this in mind when you make your purchases.

In stock pieces are eligible for a full cash refund within 5 days of receipt with proof of purchase. All made-to-order pieces will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or Costanté store credit. We cannot provide a refund for incorrect sizing, but will offer an exchange or store credit.

Custom designed pieces and engraved pieces are finale sale.

Costanté is not responsible for packages damaged or lost in transit. Please email connie@costante.co for questions or concerns regarding your return.

Services

Costanté offers resizing for $75-100 and polishing for $50 for our friends in the U.S. If your piece gets damaged and needs to be repaired, please send an email to connie@costante.co with details and pictures so we can assess how to fix.

Repairs and resizing can take up to 1-3 weeks.

International Orders

Costanté is not responsible for the payment of all duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. If you have any questions, please email connie@costante.co and we will do our best to resolve. Please kindly note we cannot accommodate returns, resize requests for our international friends.
